Follow these steps
- Set Payment Method to hybrid.
- Enter Default Rate.
- Enter Commission Percent.
- Save.
- Check both the job revenue and calculated driver amount before dispatch.

- Calculated pay equals default rate plus agreed revenue multiplied by commission percent divided by 100.
