Follow these steps

1. Go to Enterprise POS → Products / Categories and open the workflow that matches “Configure the active control”. Confirm the page or record context before making a change.
2. Create categories before products where useful.
3. Go to Products and create or edit a product.
4. Enter identity, type, price, cost, tax, descriptions, image and SEO fields.
5. Select stock, backorder, featured, public, active and noindex controls.
6. Save and verify the product in staff search and, when eligible, /shop.
