What you’ll accomplish

Apply the Staff Member criterion to the lead report. The instructions below follow the supplied module’s live menu, controller, form, model and JavaScript flow.

Follow these steps

  1. Go to the lead report.
  2. Find Staff Member.
  3. Select one member.
  4. Set any other required criteria.
  5. Select Apply Filter and Save Template.
  6. Check both the summary and result table.

  • Available only to users with global core Leads View; matches the selected assigned staff ID.

  • Filter leads by staff member completes without a validation or permission error.

Security, privacy and operational checks
