What you’ll accomplish

Narrow the report using ownership, status, source, geography, tags, type and date together. The instructions below follow the supplied module’s live menu, controller, form, model and JavaScript flow.

Follow these steps

  1. Select the intended staff scope where available.
  2. Select statuses and sources.
  3. Add geography, tags or a special lead type.
  4. Select Created Date or Last Contact and a period.
  5. Hide columns if required.
  6. Apply the report; remove criteria one at a time if no records match.
