Connected technology services

Choose a capability. Keep the whole service in view.

Choose focused consultancy, implementation or managed support, or connect several capabilities under one accountable Britixo delivery model.

Seven connected capabilities

A flexible scope without fragmented accountability

Start with the pressure you need to relieve or the outcome you need to create. Britixo will assemble only the capabilities required, while keeping dependencies visible.

IT Consulting

Britixo helps leadership teams understand the current estate, agree priorities and build a practical technology roadmap that connects risk, cost, people and growth. The result is not a shelf document; it is a sequence of decisions your organisation can govern and deliver.

Managed IT Support

Britixo brings service desk support, proactive monitoring, endpoint management, identity administration and supplier coordination into one operating model. Users get a clear route to help, while leaders get better visibility of recurring issues, risk and service performance.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Britixo designs, migrates and manages cloud, network, workplace and infrastructure services as one connected foundation. We focus on the operating model around the technology: identity, monitoring, backup, ownership, cost controls and the route back when something fails.

Cyber Security

Britixo helps organisations understand exposure, strengthen identity and devices, improve detection, prepare for incidents and embed security into everyday technology decisions. The focus is proportionate protection backed by evidence, not fear-driven lists of products.

Web & Software Development

Britixo combines product discovery, user experience, engineering, integration, testing, hosting and ongoing improvement. We build around a measurable user or operational need, while considering security, accessibility, analytics, content and support from the beginning.

Data Centre & Hosting

Britixo helps organisations select, design and operate hosted infrastructure, private environments, colocation and recovery services. We connect the facility decision to network, identity, monitoring, backup, support and application requirements so the service works as a whole.

Digital Transformation

Britixo helps organisations redesign services and operating processes, select enabling technology, integrate systems and support adoption. We reduce the gap between a transformation presentation and what teams can genuinely run every day.

Start with the question

?

You do not need to diagnose the solution first.

A useful brief can be as simple as: “our support is reactive”, “cloud costs are difficult to explain”, “we are worried about recovery”, or “this process should not take three days”.

Scope the service around the outcome, not the org chart.

Traditional technology buying often separates consulting, implementation, security, hosting and support before the problem is fully understood. That can make procurement appear tidy while leaving the organisation to coordinate the most important dependencies.

Britixo works in the opposite direction. We frame the outcome, map the current service and identify the smallest coherent scope. A website replacement may need content, accessibility, hosting, analytics and support. A cloud migration may depend on identity, connectivity, backup and application ownership. A security programme may need service management and user change as much as another tool.

The scope is still controlled. Responsibilities, exclusions, assumptions, decision points and acceptance criteria are documented. The difference is that connected risks are surfaced rather than hidden between supplier boundaries.

This model also gives you more ways to engage. Britixo can provide independent advice only, deliver a defined programme, run a co-managed service or become the accountable technology partner across a broader roadmap. The commercial shape follows the work rather than forcing every organisation into the same package.

Ways to engage

The right amount of partnership for the work

The engagement can change as evidence and priorities develop. Each stage is useful in its own right, with no need to commit to a full transformation before the first question is answered.

01

Focused assessment

A short evidence-led review that defines the problem, material risk, options and the next sensible decision.

02

Defined implementation

A controlled project with architecture, delivery, assurance, transition and handover built into one plan.

03

Co-managed capability

Specialist skills, monitoring or service capacity integrated with your internal technology team and governance.

04

Ongoing partnership

A maintained roadmap plus delivery, hosting, support and regular improvement under one accountable model.

Designed for the live service

Delivery is not finished at launch

Performance, security, support and future change are considered while the service is being designed, not after it has entered production.

Operational readiness includes monitoring, ownership, service routes, supplier contacts, recovery steps, access administration and current documentation. These details rarely appear in a product demonstration, yet they determine whether the service feels dependable after launch.

Britixo also plans how evidence will be collected. Measures may include user completion, repeat incidents, recovery tests, unresolved vulnerabilities, cloud consumption or time removed from a manual process. The measure should support a decision, not simply fill a report.

Where Britixo operates the service, the improvement backlog is linked to the wider roadmap. Where your team or another supplier takes over, the handover includes context and decision records so later changes do not have to rediscover the original reasoning.

The result is a cleaner line from investment to outcome. Leaders can see what is changing and why; users know how to get help; technical teams have maintainable standards; and future work begins from an understood foundation.

Questions about choosing a Britixo service

Straight answers to the questions that often sit behind an initial technology conversation.

Can we combine more than one Britixo service?

Yes. Combined scopes are common because technology outcomes cross traditional service categories. The statement of work still makes each responsibility, dependency and deliverable clear.

Can Britixo work with our existing suppliers?

Yes. We can define service boundaries, coordinate technical interfaces and provide independent assurance. The objective is accountable delivery, not replacing a supplier that already performs well.

Do you offer fixed packages?

Some repeatable assessments and service components can be packaged, but the final scope should reflect your users, estate, risk and operating capacity. A discovery conversation establishes what is genuinely comparable.

Will we own the documentation and deliverables?

Engagement-specific documentation and agreed deliverables are provided for your operational use, subject to the final contract. The aim is to leave the organisation with usable knowledge rather than a black box.

A useful first conversation

Start with the outcome. We will help shape the service.

Bring the business pressure, the technology concern or the decision that has stalled. A focused first conversation can turn it into a practical scope.
