Understand unsupported Goals functions

Avoid expecting exports, API endpoints, webhooks, public portal pages, file uploads or module settings that are not supplied.

Troubleshoot a missing Goals menu

Check module activation and Goals: View permission.

Troubleshoot an incorrect goal total

Reconcile date fields, status filters, owner filters and source records for the selected goal type.

Troubleshoot goal notifications not sending

Check cron execution, end date, progress, notified state, active recipients and enabled notification checkbox.

Run the Goals production verification checklist

Test all permissions, goal types, progress, dashboard/search, cron and staff-transfer behaviour.
